Beginning on December 1st, start with the piece marked #1. Each day, remove the next numbered piece from the chimney. As the pieces are removed, Santa drops lower and lower down the chimney!

Continue removing one piece each day, counting from 1 through 24. On Christmas Eve, remove #24 and Santa will have made his way all the way down the chimney — just in time for Christmas! 🎅🎁

It’s such a fun visual way for little ones to see exactly how close Christmas is getting and gives them something special to look forward to every day.
